Rider Biomechanics Trainer Diplomas
You’ll learn how to utilize Train Your Seat rider biomechanics principles, mind-body exercises and imagery both in and out of the saddle. From your warm-up to your riding lessons, having innovative tools in your toolbox will revolutionize your riding and you’ll quickly see the tangible results you’ve been looking for! You’ll be able to use balls, bands and equipment in your lessons and clinics. You’ll also be able to teach 2 or 3 official workshops and clinics related to your training.
Each trainer education has a specific area of the body as a theme. There are four different 10-day Trainer courses in total. The themes are: shoulder, spine, lower leg, and pelvis.
