EQUESTRIAN BALL WORKSHOP SERIES

Leave this workshop series knowing exactly how to use Balls and how to create sustainable changes in your riding

⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯

Do you struggle to sit deeper, move better, have good posture and ideal alignment?

Often when riders start using Balls, they don’t know where or how to begin. They find themselves trying to figure things out with trial and error. They soon notice that the balls are effective! But they have no idea of the next level benefits that can be had by learning a specific step by step system for using them.

During this workshop, we’ll take the guess work out of riding with Balls. We’ll show you how our scientifically proven method (with published research) creates lasting positive change in riders and the partnership with their horse.

Many equestrians use balls to improve their posture, movement, and cues.

Very few know how to use balls for riding correctly, which means most riders and teachers are missing out on 75% of their benefits.

Expand your toolkit by learning Train Your Seat philosophy, embodied function, and Imagery. If you’re already using the balls, your results are going to multiply. If you’ve never tried them, you’ll reach a whole new level of potential in yourself and your horse.

This Workshop is Comprised of The
Unique Approach:

IMAGERY

____

This is where you learn positive imagery in relation to your anatomy. It’s not just imagery or visualization, it’s the imagery combined with dynamic movement and embodiment that makes this mind body process unique.

There are 1000s of images in the and is always growing as new approaches and new scientific studies are published.

ANATOMICAL EMBODIED FUNCTION

____

When we move our bodies in alignment with our anatomy, that’s embodied function. We want the map of our body that we have in our brain to match what is anatomically correct.

When the map is more accurate, you will move in a much more functional and healthy way with your horse.

PROPRIOCEPTION

____

Proprioception is your ability to physically sense what’s going on in your own body, and what’s going on for your horse. It’s also the ability for your nervous system to produce and coordinate movement.

Simple exercises and images to wake up proprioception and get your “antenna” receiving all the information that’s available to you.

Learn simple processes and images to work with the nervous system and create changes in a rider’s movement that are both immediate and lasting.

Highly recommend this course! Despite using the Franklin Balls for the past 2 years, the course solidified a lot of the concepts, and showed the science behind it! Alysen is a great instructor, breaking down the info in bite size pieces! Thanks again for a great course.

“Retaking this workshop online is awesome! I’ve picked so much more up. Especially to rewatch the videos as we didn’t get many of the videos from the in person event I did last year. It’s great thank you!
