So let’s get REAL for a second...
Many struggling riders neglect their own body. Sadly, it's the last thing on their priority list. But, you're different. You know that a great rider has an impact on the movement of the horse. That's why you're here!
-
You want to finally be balanced and feel secure in the saddle.
-
You want to sit the trot, stop leaning forward, keep your lower leg and hands still.
-
You want to feel confident and relaxed so you can direct and lead your horse effectively.
But the biggest HURDLE I see with struggling riders, is that they are constantly overlooking key pieces that are foundational to overcoming riding blocks that they come up against. Elite riders know that mastering their movement is the key to being a great rider.
So you might be thinking...
Elite riders all have great trainers, physios and top horses, but the fact is it all starts with becoming more balanced and embodied in their own movement.
Choosing to neglect your own body won’t just hold you back... It’ll hold your horse back too. Now, just imagine influencing the movement of your horse in the WRONG way over and over. Horses with unbalanced riders will eventually become more and more unbalanced themselves. You will be spending more time and money to resolve issues that will just keep perpetuating until you get to the root of the problem; which is fixing your posture, movement and position.
The truth is...
If you can't master the movement of your own body, how can you ever expect to effectively direct, communicate with and confidently ride your horse?
In this training you'll learn...
- How to increase your body awareness immediately and over time.
- Biomechanics of the horse's back.
- Biomechanics of the rider's pelvis.
- The number one skill to master in order to match your horse's movement.
- How to use Franklin Method balls to improve mobility and reduce tension.
- The Franklin Method ball Blueprint. An easy 4 step process for using Franklin Method balls safely and effectively.
- Our signature framework for using Franklin Method balls on the ground and in the saddle.
